As the lead of the Enterprise Sales Department, your role will be to land six and seven-figure training engagements, nurture and convert clients, design a go-to-market strategy, and help build the B2B sales department at Flow Research Collective

Requirements

• Sold to relevant organizations with understanding of different sales approaches • Sold relevant solutions like consulting, learning & development, HR, or other people-based solutions • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record • Familiarity with terms like team selling, multi-stakeholder selling, ABM/ABS, account mapping/planning • Experience managing, leading, and building sales teams • Developed network of decision-makers, clients, and partners in the U.S.
