📋 Description

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for a variety of technical roles across the EU, Ukraine, and the Philippines • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs • Leverage social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify and engage candidates • Strengthen relationships with potential candidates and actively promote Fluent Trade’s employer brand • Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within the Hi-Tech sector • At least 1 year of experience in a product company • Proven track record of sourcing candidates across the EU, Ukraine, and APAC regions • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and hiring platforms • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities • Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
