📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the program backlog • Plan deliveries and priorities in waves • Define and advocate MVP scoping • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements • Develop objective, testable acceptance criteria • Perform functional acceptance of deliveries • Work collaboratively with development, architecture, and business areas • Negotiate priorities and sequencing across modules • Document decisions, dependencies, and defined criteria • Ensure deliverables remain focused on delivering business value

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role • Experience with management systems, ERP, retail, financial, or enterprise solutions • Backlog management and prioritization • Planning and prioritization of wave-based deliveries • Defining and scoping MVPs • Requirements management and functional acceptance • Writing user stories and functional requirements • Building clear, objective, and testable acceptance criteria • Ability to translate business needs into executable deliveries • Functional validation of developed solutions • Sufficient technical knowledge to understand dependencies between modules • Ability to negotiate delivery sequencing with technical teams • Understanding of architectural impacts on priorities and the roadmap • Bachelor's degree or Technologist
