• Provide frontline support to customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms. • Manage customer accounts and maintain regular communication. • Resolve customer queries and escalate technical issues when required. • Assist with onboarding and training new customers. • Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure timely resolutions. • Maintain accurate customer records and notes. • Work closely with field teams and internal departments to support customer needs. • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day. • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Experience in customer support, account management, hospitality, call centres, or technology is beneficial but not essential.
