📋 Description

• Lead channel growth across Greater China including Hong Kong, China, Macau, Taiwan, Japan and Korea • Build a tiered partner ecosystem • Drive 25–40% YoY pipeline growth • Scale focus partner revenue • Establish Forcepoint as the trusted cybersecurity partner in one of the world's most competitive regions • Travel up to 50% across the region

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in cybersecurity channel sales or partner management • Proven success scaling distributor/reseller ecosystems across geographies • Deep understanding of East Asia markets (regulatory nuance, competitive landscape, cultural business practices) • Channel expertise: deal registration, business planning, conflict resolution, co-selling • Relentless execution + strategic thinking • Self-starter, relationship builder, data-driven
