📋 Description
• Managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles • Posting jobs and sourcing candidates through various channels • Conducting phone screens and initial candidate assessments in both French and English • Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs • Working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines • Tracking recruitment activity and maintaining accurate candidate records • Supporting quick turnaround hiring while maintaining a positive candidate experience
🎯 Requirements
• Fluently bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) • Previous experience recruiting for high-volume or operational roles • Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Comfortable working independently in a contract/ad-hoc environment • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar • Ability to move quickly while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
