Description
• Analyze and process legal invoices • Assist in managing legal projects on a day-to-day basis • Assist with legal business transactions and logistics • Coordinate and organize legal documents • Draft, review, redline, and edit legal documents • Draft policies, communications, and procedures • Draft proposals for special communications projects • Manage corporate books and contracts • Organize and maintain corporate entity records • Partner and coordinate with internal resources and outside vendor services • Review and proof legal documents • Provide substantive and administrative legal support • Organize and maintain the Legal Team’s work product and contracts
Requirements
• 1-3 years of assistant experience in an in-house legal department in a corporate practice, preferred candidates will have startup experience • Self-directed and able to manage multiple tasks/priorities • Ability to keep track of projects that evolve over time • Ability to proactively anticipate legal needs • Strong organizational and interpersonal communications skills • Strong understanding of corporate legal practice • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
