Requirements
ā¢ Basic knowledge of ABA therapy and ability to understand diagnostic reports ā¢ Excellent interpersonal skills ā¢ Strong objection-handling skills ā¢ Proficiency in CRM systems and tech-savvy ā¢ Ability to handle high volume of calls, emails, and texts ā¢ Outstanding organization and attention to detail ā¢ Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
