📋 Description

• Exceed assigned revenue goals by creating and executing against a sales plan • Manage a consultative sales approach within a 4-to-8 month purchasing cycle • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with forecasts and documentation • Cultivate prospects consistently and maintain relationships with current clients • Focus on driving net new business and coordinating resources such as marketing collateral • Provide feedback to marketing and work closely with customer services for a seamless experience • Participate in educational programs, webinars, conferences, and client events to build expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of full-time B2B sales experience (software sales experience a plus) • Proven track record of consistent over-quota achievement within a solutions software vendor • Exceptional customer service with ability to understand customer needs • Bachelor's degree required • Alternative to sales experience: Strong knowledge of or experience in the philanthropic sector with desire to learn sales; experience in finance, account management, CRM, or donor management • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; strong listening and presentation skills • Travel required within North America • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States • Basic knowledge of ‘Software as a Service’ solutions (SAAS) is a plus • CRM experience is a plus • Experience selling in the foundation/philanthropic space is a plus • Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility, Grantmaking, and/or Fund Accounting in the Philanthropic, Community Foundation verticals is a plus
