📋 Description

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage. • Source and engage high-potential candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, university networks, job boards, and other talent channels • Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening calls, and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit • Coordinate and manage the hiring process, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, and stakeholder alignment • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback. • Administer and evaluate candidate assessments as part of the selection process • Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring pipelines within recruitment systems • Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns • Organize and participate in recruitment events, networking sessions, career fairs, webinars, and talent community initiatives • Develop and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background from a top-tier university; strong academic, professional, extracurricular achievements demonstrating a track record of excellence • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Comfortable engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
