📋 Description

• Monitor daily sprints, track progress across teams, manage tasks, and help facilitate Scrum of Scrums synchronization • Perform technical research on tools, integrations, frameworks, and methodologies to support team decision-making • Write and maintain primarily Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks, test APIs, or prototype solutions • Organize, analyze, and report data using advanced Excel functionality, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and structured data sets • Provide high-level administrative assistance and manage schedules • Prepare meeting summaries and coordinate cross-functional tasks • Directly support executive and technical leadership • Bridge technical project management, research, and daily administrative operations

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of work experience • Based in India • Strong proficiency in Python and Analytics • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts and tracking tools such as Zoho Sprints, Jira, Asana, or Trello • Advanced Excel capabilities for reporting and data manipulation • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to draft documents read by leadership and external partners • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently • Consistently accurate work with structured data and diligence to verify output • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a manager 9.5 hours behind for part of the shift • Nice-to-have: experience with Generative AI technologies and Agentic Workflows, including LLM APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI • Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem, including CRM, Creator, Sprints, Show, or Analytics
