📋 Description

• Develop prospecting strategies for assigned markets in collaboration with the sales leader, monitor progress, and set metrics to effectively track your management. • Actively seek new potential customers through calls, cold emails, and digital tools and channels. • Qualify prospects using the SPICED methodology (Situation – Pain – Impact – Critical Event – Decision). • Handle and follow up on Outbound leads daily to identify their needs and advise them on the best solution, according to the sales leader's guidelines. • Update the CRM daily with contact details and the follow-up outcomes from each customer interaction. • Schedule meetings with the Account Executive for product demonstrations with potential customers. • Send documentation requested by customers and complete documents or forms required for vendor onboarding or participation in bids. • Participate in sales meetings and report your progress to contribute to continuous improvement of the commercial process. • Represent the company at corporate activities and events to promote services and brand image. • Execute actions that ensure the fulfillment of objectives and key results established by management. • Support and respond to the leader's requirements regarding customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or experience in SDR / BDR / Marketing / Business, commercial and sales, or administration with sales experience. • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Outbound Sales Development Representative. • Experience in technology industries / SaaS / B2B. • Experience developing prospecting strategies. • Familiarity with digital tools and channels for lead generation. • Ability to make calls and send cold emails effectively. • Experience and proficiency with CRM systems. • Spanish (intermediate).
