📋 Description

• Drive sourcing efforts through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels • Source candidates from diverse channels and maintain talent pipelines • Screen resumes and applications while maintaining a strong quality bar • Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities across multiple roles • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support hiring goals and timelines • Track candidate progress and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process • Communicate status updates and recruitment insights to stakeholders • Develop search strategies to identify and attract top talent • Manage assigned requisitions from intake through offer stages • Take ownership of recruitment-related projects and additional responsibilities as needed • Deliver a seamless hiring experience from sourcing through hiring for multiple roles and clients

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related fields • Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management • Analytical and process-oriented mindset • Strong attention to detail and relentless follow-up • Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Experience in a startup environment or in-house recruitment is a plus • Experience supporting remote teams is preferred • Must be comfortable working in the US shift (8AM - 5PM EST) • Must complete a practical skills assessment prior to interviews
