📋 Description

• Review designs to ensure they comply with licensing and brand guidelines, flagging anything that could become an issue • Decide whether a design or proof needs revision, and communicate that clearly to the sales team or customer • Communicate with the Art team for design fixes • Provide feedback to Campus Managers or the Sales team on what needs to change in a proof • Upload proofs to licensing portals and track them through to approval • Review licensor verdicts and address any issues promptly • Answer licensing-related questions and keep Campus Managers updated • Flag order predictions when needed to help the team stay ahead of demand • Escalate issues to your manager, team lead, or the relevant team when needed • Address licensing-related order issues as they come up • Assist with administrative licensing tasks, such as RFP (Request for Proposal) coordination and royalty reporting

🎯 Requirements

• No prior experience needed: we're looking for someone smart and quick to learn • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong reading comprehension: able to understand and apply detailed information accurately • Highly organized, especially when managing multiple submissions and proofs • Able to make sound decisions independently, with minimal supervision • Comfortable working under tight timelines • Available during US business hours (non-negotiable) • A reliable computer/laptop and stable internet connection are required • A working webcam and microphone are required for video calls
