Requirements

• Experience leading teams of senior software engineers • Industry experience with real-time web-based applications • Fluency in dynamic languages like Javascript, Python, Ruby, etc. • Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and eager to learn new ones • Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications • Product and business-minded approach • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative and high-growth environment • Understand trade-offs in employing different engineering solutions • Experience with AWS technologies • Rigor in A/B testing, test coverage, and other web best practices • Experience working with complex data models at scale
