📋 Description

• Conduct inbound and outbound patient support for assigned programs • Create, complete and update patient registrations • Record all registration data and patient interactions in each program’s CRM system • Perform scheduled activities according to the scope of work • Identify, record and report adverse events and pharmacovigilance-related reports in accordance with the client’s standard operating procedures, including required timelines and data collection • Monitor the program inbox daily to ensure all emails are answered and adverse events are reported within required timeframes • Execute operational procedures within established deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Degree in a health-related field — either in progress or completed • Preferred minimum of 6 months’ experience in a Patient Support program • Experience in pharmacovigilance is preferred • Experience with CRM systems is preferred
