• Join Fundraise Up as a Senior Product Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our product offerings and customer needs • Collaborate closely with diverse teams, including marketing, engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure our solutions resonate deeply with the challenges and opportunities faced by our users • Represent the voice of the customer across the organization. This manifests as differentiated messaging, positioning, and audience segmentation that is leveraged across the organization for internal and external use • Contribute to a customer reference program to curate and showcase customers' success across various industries and use cases • Possess expert knowledge of the competitive landscape. Develop and maintain sales tools and resources for the sales team to tell the story • Work with marketing team members across content, design, and web development to plan and execute new product launch campaigns • Collaborate with engineering to help align marketing priorities and programs with the product and business roadmap
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS • Strong understanding of product marketing principles and experience developing go-to-market plans • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and analytics software (Hubspot, Salesforce) • You are both a self-starter and a team player • You are excited to learn and continuously improve
