📋 Description

• Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA • Design the HRMM solution based on business and technical requirements • Define how employee and organizational data is represented and maintained within S/4HANA • Design and oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP and non-SAP systems • Define data flows, mappings, interfaces, and integration mechanisms • Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable functional and technical solution designs • Collaborate with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders • Provide architectural guidance throughout implementation • Support testing, deployment, cutover, and resolution of technical, data, and integration issues • Review solution designs and maintain architecture and design documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR • Solid understanding of HR master data and organizational structures • Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA • Strong understanding of Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM) • Good understanding of how HR master data is used and integrated with other S/4HANA processes • Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design • Strong technical understanding of SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, interfaces, and integration mechanisms • Good understanding of SAP integration technologies including APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping • Ability to define interface specifications and troubleshoot technical and integration issues • Experience defining integrations between SAP and external HR systems • Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs • Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover activities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively with business, functional, integration, and technical stakeholders • Experience with Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration • Knowledge of Workday-SAP integration technologies and patterns • Knowledge of ABAP and ability to understand or review technical developments and specifications
