• Assist revenue operations and sales team in creating Salesforce solutions • Build demos, create video content, and configure Salesforce solutions • Obtain Salesforce Nonprofit Certification within the first 90 days • Bridge gap between client needs and technical capabilities • Collaborate with sales team to develop proposals, presentations, and demonstrations • Acquire and maintain knowledge of technology offerings • Analyze technical requirements and translate them into detailed specifications • Design customized solutions aligning with client requirements and cost-effectiveness • Create and develop technical solutions for sales team to present to clients • Experience high work demands under tight timelines • Foster a culture of caring and personal growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • Experience configuring Salesforce products and willingness to learn more • Salesforce Administrator Certification • At least one Salesforce Certification (preferably multiple) • Strong Salesforce technical knowledge • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities • Project management experience is a plus • Familiarity with sales processes is preferred
