• 10+ years of experience in marketplace software product management • 4+ years experience in leading machine learning or algorithmic-based products • Experience in navigating user experience around ad products • Experience in navigating pricing strategies • Ability to manage cross-functionally and build excitement • Strong data sense and agility in balancing multiple data points • Familiarity with machine learning models • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to prioritize with business strategy • Team player with a track record of building strong, cross-functional relationships
