Description

• Provide frontline technical support, answer customer questions about API integration and usage. Track and manage API issues • Work closely with the development team to provide solutions, create and maintain API documentation, including FAQs and tutorials • Research competitors' product features, analyze, and provide recommendations. Collect and organize customer requirements, design API products, enrich and optimize related API product functions • Monitor API performance, make improvement suggestions to enhance system stability and performance • Participate in API testing and updates, ensure functionality and compatibility • Provide customer feedback to the product team and propose product improvement solutions to enhance product features and user experience • Maintain API support-related knowledge base, continuously improve support efficiency

Requirements

• Relevant API support or related technical support experience • Familiar with RESTful API principles and web service technologies • Excellent problem analysis and solving abilities. Good programming skills, familiar with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or JavaScript • Good communication and collaboration skills; outstanding communication skills, and customer service awareness. Familiar with using API management tools and issue tracking systems • Good English writing and speaking skills. Value teamwork, work diligently • Bonus points: 3+ years of experience in financial or currency-related product design; experience with cryptocurrency exchange API products is preferred; excellent logical thinking, understanding of grid trading, high-frequency trading, arbitrage, and other strategies
