Description

• Onboarding into a remote full-time position • Work on various functions within HR including HR business partnership, services, culture, talent acquisition, analytics, learning & development, diversity & inclusion, and project management • Take on strategic projects, work with HR leaders, and contribute to the company's culture • Help business transformation by modeling cultural attributes and driving the business forward • Provide onboarding, offboarding, engagement initiatives, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and audit support

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program graduating by May/June of 2025 • Strong business and HR acumen with problem-solving skills • Process improvement mindset with the ability to design and implement solutions • Advanced interpersonal and relationship management skills • Ability to drive results in a dynamic environment • Strong partner in a team-based environment • Experience in HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, and other tools & systems
