Description

• As the first Customer Success Manager at nuvo, drive growth by unlocking the full potential of the product for each customer • Be the main point of contact for the rapidly growing customer base, ensuring a delightful customer experience • Onboard new customers, accelerate their product success, and strategize campaigns for customer retention and upsell • Analyze customer pain points, identify potential future product features, and create touch points along the post-sell client journey • Consult and actively promote the value of the product to customers, establish clear client retention goals, and seek strategies to achieve them

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in B2B SaaS • Technical background is a big plus but not a must! • Strong messaging and communication skills in English and German languages • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, computer sciences, or related field
