Description

• Install and configure gertrud for multiple clients on Azure platform • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure services • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions • Maintain installation instructions documentation • Continuously improve deployment automation and cloud architecture • Provide technical support to clients as needed • Collaborate with internal development team to Fix bugs at customer site • Optimize deployment and architecture

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Azure Administrator or DevOps • Strong knowledge of Azure platform and services. Specifically, with following services: M365/Exchange Online, Azure Web Service, Azure AD, Azure Devops Pipelines • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks • Experience in providing technical support to clients • Fluent German and English • Availability during normal EU timezone business hours
