âą bring 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales âą have a proven track record of closing mid-market / enterprise deals âą are comfortable operating in longer sales cycles âą take full ownership of pipeline and consistently deliver against targets in a demanding environment âą are comfortable selling complex or technical solutions âą show strong business acumen and the ability to position value effectively
