📋 Description

‱ owning the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to closing complex deals ‱ building and developing your pipeline through targeted outbound activities ‱ leading discovery, engaging multiple stakeholders, and understanding business needs ‱ driving deals forward in a structured and proactive way ‱ creating tailored proposals, leading negotiations, and closing deals (€20K+ ACV) ‱ collaborating closely with SDRs, marketing, and cross-functional teams

🎯 Requirements

‱ bring 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales ‱ have a proven track record of closing mid-market / enterprise deals ‱ are comfortable operating in longer sales cycles ‱ take full ownership of pipeline and consistently deliver against targets in a demanding environment ‱ are comfortable selling complex or technical solutions ‱ show strong business acumen and the ability to position value effectively
