📋 Description

• Optimize commercial operations by capturing synergies and fostering operational cohesion across product lines. • Lead cross-business alignment from ITO through OTR to harmonize critical commercial interfaces and go-to-market strategies for complex turnkey projects. • Create segment best practices for risk assessment, deal desk governance, and policy compliance during the ITO phase. • Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Finance, Operations, EHS, LEAN, and Quality on commercial policies, delegation of authority, processes, and tools. • Build the capabilities of commercial and sales teams by sharing best practices and supporting change initiatives. • Lead the digital transformation of commercial operations toward AI-enabled ecosystems. • Move generative AI and automation initiatives from proof of concept to production at segment scale. • Establish a performance measurement framework leveraging KPIs and AI-generated analytics. • Ensure governance of digital tools and ITO solutions such as DREAM.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (three- or four-year degree) in business, engineering, finance, economics, or a related field; Master’s degree/MBA preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in terms and conditions (T&Cs) negotiations, the inquiry-to-order (ITO) phase, contract management, sales, risk mitigation, tendering, bid management, and/or project management in an industrial, energy, technology, or infrastructure environment. • Proven ability to lead change and improve performance in complex, matrixed organizations by influencing senior stakeholders without direct reporting authority. • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing global commercial governance frameworks, including risk assessment processes and deal desk structures across multiregional operations. • Significant experience managing cross-functional working groups to drive change management and commercial alignment. • Expertise in leading cutting-edge digital transformations, with a focus on enterprise AI and automation tools. • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce (SFDC), to structure data models, workflows, and reporting. • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strategic mindset combined with a practical, hands-on approach to execution. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information. • Strong contract and negotiation skills, with in-depth knowledge of terms, conditions, and the structuring of complex contracts. • A collaborative “One Team” mindset is essential for success in this role.
