📋 Description

• Act as a subject-matter and platform expert for customers and accountants • Serve as the liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms • Understand and investigate issues encountered by users • Provide an answer or solution, or escalate issues to the technical teams • Help in-house and firm-based accountants import their data into Pennylane to facilitate migration • Receive and qualify accounting-related requests • Track requests through to the complete resolution of tickets • Handle increasingly complex customer requests • Create and update customer help resources • Share accounting knowledge and insights from the field with colleagues • Provide the Product teams with structured feedback on customer usage • Identify areas for improvement and lead improvement projects

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management) • At least 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons • Interest in innovative work tools and new technologies • Self-motivated, with the ability to solve problems independently and find solutions • Professional proficiency in English • Strong writing skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly • Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide excellent service, and maintain strong relationships • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes in the platform • Willingness to learn and stay up to date with product developments • Knowledge of Pennylane is a plus • Direct experience working with a business owner is a plus
