📋 Description

• Technically lead the design and development of Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) on Azure AI Foundry, from discovery through production; • Build and orchestrate AI Agents with Azure AI Foundry Agent Service and Copilot Studio, including multi-agent architectures; • Develop enterprise copilots and assistants with Copilot Studio, integrating connectors, plugins, and actions with business systems; • Design RAG architectures using Azure AI Search, embeddings, and grounding in corporate knowledge; • Define LLMOps standards with Azure AI Foundry and Prompt Flow, including versioning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of models and prompts; • Ensure solution observability, security, and governance by applying Responsible AI principles and Azure AI Content Safety; • Conduct technical reviews and mentor Mid-Level and Junior Engineers, serving as the technical reference for the discipline; • Translate business needs into AI and copilot use cases, participating in architecture decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in AI engineering or the development of AI-based solutions, including technical leadership; • Advanced proficiency in Python for AI solutions and API integrations; • Strong, hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs); • Solid experience with Azure AI Foundry, including its model catalog, Prompt Flow, evaluation, and deployment; • Experience with Copilot Studio in building enterprise copilots and agents; • Experience developing and orchestrating AI Agents, including multi-agent architectures; • Experience with RAG architectures, including Azure AI Search, embeddings, vector search, and grounding; • Knowledge of LLMOps for industrializing AI solutions in enterprise environments; • Strong technical communication and mentoring skills; • Microsoft certifications (AI-102 Azure AI Engineer Associate or AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert) — a plus; • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric Data Agents — a plus; • Experience with Semantic Kernel or equivalent frameworks — a plus; • In-depth knowledge of Responsible AI, security, and governance — a plus; • Experience in the financial sector or regulated environments — a plus; • English proficiency for working in a global environment — a plus.
