📋 Description

• Identify and secure clients’ recruitment projects • Manage recruitment processes, including job ad writing, publication, and interviews • Source, assess, and retain a pool of qualified talent • Proactively present candidate CVs to clients and prospects • Monitor assignments, onboarding, and client satisfaction • Manage and track training records and certifications • Advise candidates on finding the best assignment • Identify qualified talent for technical projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or at a staffing agency • Knowledge of the nuclear industry is essential • Strong customer-service orientation, responsiveness, and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage priorities • Interest in technical and operational professions • Supervisory status • Permanent contract • 37 hours per week
