• Generate leads through strategic prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social outreach • Prospect, qualify and close deals with mid-market accounts • Communicate value proposition to multi-unit customers • Navigate organizations to identify key decision makers • Exceed monthly goals, pipeline metrics, and KPIs • Become a power user of GlacierGrid's platform • Track opportunities in Hubspot


• 4 year degree or equivalent sales experience • Experience selling technology/SaaS products is a bonus • Passion for sales/sales support • Care deeply about the climate • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • High degree of resilience • Coachable and willing to implement feedback • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot) • Competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment


• Base salary: $90,000 • OTE: $175,000 • Uncapped commission • 0.10% equity grant • Remote work with some travel to San Francisco, CA
