📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end, from client kickoff calls and role scoping through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and talent placement • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout searches • Lead kickoff calls to align on role requirements, hiring criteria, process, and timelines • Source, screen, and assess candidates using traditional recruiting methods and AI-enabled tools • Manage candidate pipelines and communication • Keep clients and candidates informed at every stage • Negotiate offers and manage the process through signed offer and successful placement • Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the ATS and other recruitment systems

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally including full-cycle/full-desk recruiting • Demonstrated experience managing the entire recruitment process from client-facing kickoff calls through to offer and placement • Comfortable using AI tools to support sourcing, screening, and other parts of the recruitment workflow • High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes • Strong communication and relationship-management skills with clients and candidates • Self-motivated and organized, with discipline to manage a remote workload independently • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with a distributed team • English version of CV required; resumes submitted in other languages will not be considered • Nice to have: experience recruiting in tech and sales • Nice to have: familiarity with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby and recruitment CRM tools • Nice to have: prior experience working in an agency or staffing environment
