Description

• Position reports to Director of Data and ML Solutions • Individual contributor role • Spend 75% of time coding and analyzing data, 25% communicating with stakeholders • Analyze business problems using data from internal and external sources • Process and explore data, develop metrics, reports, and visualizations • Interpret data trends and guide data-driven decisions • Develop and monitor growth and engagement metrics • Generate dashboards, reports, presentations • Standardize/automate reports, provide insights • Develop new data exports based on business needs • Support and manage ad hoc analysis requests • Submit version-controlled code, complete code reviews • Research data analytics methodologies, tools, frameworks • Engage in technical discussions and present ideas • Make technology choices based on diligence and impact assessment • Requires strong time management and communication skills • Commitment to individual and team success

Requirements

• Experience/expertise in SQL, Python, BI dashboards, version control tools • Bonus: Experience with Metabase, automated testing frameworks, machine learning principles • Degree in quantitative field • Strong time management skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Commitment to individual and team success
