• Design, develop and implement sales strategies and goals within the window fashion industry • Grow and manage the sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, existing lead outreach, research for cold outreach and external industry outreach • Present and demonstrate solutions to leads based upon discovery processes • Coordinate with product development team for lead specific solutions • Coordinate with internal sales support team for lead nurturing • Coordinate with marketing team to drive lead generation • Work with Support, Product Development and Development team to drive system innovation and go to market strategies • Attend Trade shows, conferences and conventions as warranted (limited travel is required)
• Industry Experience: In Retail, Fabrication and or Workrooms businesses and the nuances and knowledge required for each would be a key qualification for these B2B relationships. Experience with Window Treatments or Window Treatment POS systems a plus. • Team Player: Sales can require the support of several departments, so working as a team and respecting all team members is required • Software Expertise: The ability to easily learn the operations and details of a software system design and translate customer needs and requirements into solutions within a system or systems • Opportunity Research: With systems and solutions knowledge, a successful Sales Manager must be able to identify and qualify opportunities and continually fill a pipeline of sales leads • Relationship Management: Experience in B2B relationships within the window fashion industry • Written communication: A key to good client relationships is good, clear and convincing communication. Most sales will be remote, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
