Product Manager

ABOUT THIS ROLE
You'll be responsible for helping us meet customers "where they are" by ensuring the successful discovery, launch, and ongoing operation of the EverBright consumer mobile application. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and utilize a numerous product techniques to understand and grow with our customer base.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Write clear and concise product briefs, epics, stories, and tasks that provide detailed requirements for the development and QA teams.
• Work across internal business units and customers to understand and document their requirements to embed the EverBright mobile application into the daily lives of our customers.
• Own data analysis to inform data-driven decisions and define insights.
• Collaborate with the other Product Management team members to align goals and outcomes as well as improve the overall effectiveness of the Product Management organization.
• Define and track metrics to measure the success of our consumer mobile application.
• Lead with best practices for agile mobile development.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Product Manager - Consumer Mobile Application

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop end to end Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with IT / Developers for other systems to integrate across the business.
• Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and email Alerts.
• Build integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
• Migrate changes from development to test to production environment(s) using CI technologies like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, and ANT
• Perform data updates / migration using Data Loader and other similar tools.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, analyze assign user stories, identify/resolve gaps in functional user stories/business requirements.
• Adhere to defined coding standards and develop well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand code.
• Perform independent code reviews and write unit/integration test cases to achieve 85% test coverage.
• Ability to effectively debug and resolve issues and/or defects which may be reported as a result of faults in the production system. Assist in writing technical approach and design documentation as required.
• Experience designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing position.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments, including creation of POCs spanning boundaries of Salesforce platform as noted above.
• Experience practicing Agile development methodologies.

You will lead the team in our 0 to 1 efforts to go D2C, by establishing a next-gen lead generation program that automates and dynamically crafts the homeowner journey and supports the purchase of leads by installers. Write clear and concise product briefs, epics, stories, and tasks that provide detailed requirements for the development and QA teams. Work across internal business units and stakeholders to understand and document their requirements for the billing calculation engine. Own the requirements, implementation, and documentation of the lead generation program and installer marketplace. Own data analysis to inform data-driven decisions and define insights. Collaborate with the other Product Management team members to align goals and outcomes as well as improve the overall effectiveness of the Product Management organization. Define and track metrics to measure success of calculation engine vertical to prove execution on product strategy. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

You will own the Ideas portal and lead internal stakeholder discovery sessions. You will also be on the forefront of adopting AI to transform product processes and tooling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Analyze user data to inform product decisions, identify trends, and measure the success of product features.
• Continuously optimize and streamline product management processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, sales, marketing, engineering, and customer support teams.
