📋 Description

• Support due diligence for physician practice and medical care center acquisitions • Prepare and validate billing data, management accounts, annual financial statements, and personnel costs • Build and maintain valuation and transaction models • Support the SPA process by managing the data room, coordinating Q&A, and liaising with advisors and the counterparty • Translate target assumptions into post-closing integration planning and track actual performance • Prepare materials for debt, acquisition financing, and equity processes • Respond to questions from banks and investors • Further develop group and entity-level planning for liquidity, P&L, and working capital • Prepare monthly management reporting, including budget-versus-actual and variance analyses • Develop site- and entity-level KPIs such as revenue per practice location, contribution margin, personnel cost ratio, and utilization • Collaborate with accounting and tax advisors during the month-end close • Help shape process documentation, reporting standards, and automation

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration, finance, industrial engineering, or a comparable field • 1–3 years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A, Corporate Finance, consulting, or the finance function of a high-growth company • Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills • Confident handling of large and unstructured datasets • Analytical precision combined with pragmatic execution in lean structures • Business-fluent German • Fluent English • Experience in healthcare, outpatient care, medical care centers, the statutory health insurance system, or EBM/HZV billing is a plus • Experience with buy-and-build or roll-up structures is a plus • Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI and Looker, as well as SQL, Python, DATEV, and multi-entity structures, is a plus • Structured experience using AI tools such as Claude is a plus
