Requirements

• BA/BS Degree • A minimum of 10+ years' experience in B2B marketing, including leadership roles focused on field marketing within the software/SaaS industry • In-depth knowledge of the B2BSaaS industry, including market trends, competition, and emerging technologies • Proven track record of driving successful field marketing strategies and initiatives • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, fostering a culture of results and accountability • Deep understanding of marketing technologies, tools, and best practices • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset • Collaborative mindset with a strong inclination towards continuous learning • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate diverse teams
