• Good Inside is looking for an independent, empathetic and detail oriented Part- Time Customer Experience Specialist who will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier, exceptional service for our Good Inside parents, empowering them to utilize our membership to its utmost potential. This position will be up to 20 hours per week. • What You’ll Be Responsible For - Responding promptly to new support requests, ensuring understanding of member needs - Accurately and efficiently answering questions regarding Good Inside’s membership and content - Troubleshooting and documenting bugs, collaborating with the Good Inside Engineering team until resolved - Documenting customer feedback and requests, advocating for the voice of the customer internally - Contributing to our Help center articles to assist members in finding their own answers and solutions - Assisting in developing and documenting support processes to improve day-to-day operations - Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the Good Inside app and its functionality, collaborating with team members to prepare for new releases • A Great Candidate… - Is excited about Good Inside's mission and is passionate about improving the lives of parents and children - Has a bias toward action and is more interested in finding the right answer than being right - Has a high degree of empathy, with the ability to understand and show care about the experiences and feelings of our members - Values truthful, direct feedback, even when it can feel uncomfortable - Is a driven self-starter; you don’t wait to be told what to do but rather look around, spot problems and opportunities, and share ideas you’ve brainstormed - Is flexible and capable of doing many things (versus just one thing); our most successful employees wear multiple hats and are willing to work on a wide scope of responsibilities • What We’re Looking For in You - Compensation transparency. • 1+ years of relevant professional experience • Previous experience in customer-facing roles • Excellent written communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills • Tech-savvy with a passion for problem-solving • Innate curiosity and commitment to learning, understanding product intricacies, customer feedback, and identifying root causes of issues • Prior experience with our platform or similar parenting platforms is preferred
