Description

• Develop and evangelize video strategy and activation frameworks • Proactively develop video thought leadership pieces, case studies, and POVs • Negotiate platform level deals, rates, and unique partner opportunities • Manage platform relationships • Provide feedback to platforms on strategic needs • Evaluate spend across video platforms • Make recommendations on video partnerships • Set and communicate standards for video excellence • Facilitate trainings and education on video platforms • Collaborate with other Investment Leads • Determine video delivery metrics and ensure consistency • Partner with Tech Ops on managing platform access

Requirements

• Experience leading a large, omnichannel media activation practice • Deep expertise in video media buying across channels • Understanding of the video buying market • Deep understanding of how measurement works within video platforms • Experience building in a rapidly paced environment • Strong communication & presentation skills • Scrappy self-starter • Collaborator, yet able to work independently • Able to navigate complex requirements • Effective at managing up, across and down the org
