• Develop and implement comprehensive paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and potentially other platforms • Consistently evaluate and suggest potential changes to account structure across platforms to optimize acquisition costs • Leverage deep platform expertise to optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative execution • Utilize localization techniques, including geo-fencing, to tailor campaigns to specific geographic markets • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations • Stay abreast of industry trends and platform updates • Collaborate closely with the marketing team • Manage budgets efficiently
• Proven experience in paid media buying and optimization on Meta, Google, and TikTok • Experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, Youtube, and YT Shorts is a plus • Strong understanding of the DTC marketing playbook • Expertise in localization strategies for paid media • Excellent analytical skills • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field nice to have
