📋 Description

• Serve corporate clients focused on international travel, delivering the highest quality and operational efficiency, respecting SLAs, and complying with mandatory processes and each client’s specific requirements. • Perform quotes, reservations, ticketing and reissuance for flights, hotels, car rentals and other travel services. • Use Sabre, NDC, E-LATAM and other systems at an advanced level. • Provide specialized consulting, recommending optimal routes and fares. • Ensure compliance with clients' travel policies. • Troubleshoot and provide traveler support before, during and after trips. • Act quickly and decisively in travel emergencies, offering immediate support and finding efficient solutions to ensure traveler safety and trip continuity. • Manage the entire travel service and trip administration process with high care, attention to detail and delivery quality, ensuring the best possible client experience. • Maintain close relationships with clients and suppliers.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical and/or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration or related fields. • Experience in customer service, quoting, booking, ticketing and reissuing for domestic flights, domestic hotels, domestic car rentals, domestic coach travel, travel insurance, and group air/hotel/tour bookings. • User-level knowledge of car rental and airline systems, and accommodation booking platforms. • Proven experience in travel agencies or TMCs (Travel Management Companies), with a focus on corporate service. • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the Sabre GDS and online booking tools (OBT). • Proficiency using airline web portals. • Advanced English is required.
