📋 Description

• Prepare and lead regular touchpoints with clients in production, including presentations, business reviews, QBRs, model updates, and product roadmap discussions. • Review client dashboards to ensure usability and generate insights from model results. • Thoroughly document meeting notes and action items in Salesforce and follow up with clients as needed. • Serve as the voice of the customer by delivering feedback to internal teams, identifying client needs, ideas, and challenges. • Act as a key resource for clients by addressing questions and providing guidance on product usage. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive FAQ to help clients understand and effectively use our models.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience supporting clients in a customer facing role • Strong understanding of the health insurance underwriting industry; knowledgeable in its language and terminology • Highly organized, with the ability to set, meet, and exceed time-sensitive objectives • Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills; able to manage a high volume of clients effectively • Customer service-oriented with strong relationship-building skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Proficient in PowerPoint and experienced in building professional presentations • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) strongly preferred • Experience working at a tech or SaaS company is a plus
