Description
• Work with the Regional Vice President of Broker Sales to secure new relationships and manage existing relationships • Be responsible for achieving planned revenue production goals • Travel as required in the territory
Requirements
• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with brokers or consultants in the employee benefits and health insurance space • Self-motivated with relentless drive for success • Ability to make connections with people easily and build trusting, long-lasting relationships • High energy, excellent coaching ability
