📋 Description

• Identify & map ideal prospects within the international market • Master outreach across all channels: cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, events • Deliver strong pitches and adapt your message based on prospect needs • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using clear frameworks • Maintain a clean CRM and follow your KPIs with ownership • Collaborate closely with your Team Lead and AEs on pipeline strategy • Contribute to internal projects to improve scripts, processes, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of concrete Sales experience in a full-time position with outbound calling, and understand the fundamentals of prospecting & qualification • Show a strong interest in ESG/climate transition and the desire to learn fast about our sector • Love picking up the phone and speaking with prospects — hunter mindset • Demonstrate excellent relational skills : empathy, active listening, and the ability to rephrase needs clearly • Are structured, organised, and rigorous in managing your time and pipeline • Are a true team player , motivated by collective success before individual wins • Learn quickly, welcome feedback, enjoy being challenged and challenge others • Are fully fluent in English and are ideally also fluent in German or Dutch
