• Provide humanized and empathetic voice-based customer service • Offer financial products and services to build customer loyalty • Meet and exceed sales targets • Welcome and resolve customer questions and requests • Ensure complete customer satisfaction • Seek personalized solutions to meet customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Sales experience is a plus • Availability to work a 6-on, 1-off schedule (Monday through Saturday) • 6 hours and 20 minutes per day • Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps • Wired network connection for desktop use • Clear and objective communication • Customer service techniques • Active listening and customer needs analysis • Time management and task prioritization • Proactive attitude and a desire to make a difference • Ability to work as part of a team and find creative solutions • Results-oriented mindset
