📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and procurement standards • Lead supplier selection processes, commercial negotiations and contract management activities • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and deliver value-driven solutions • Identify cost-saving opportunities, procurement efficiencies and process improvements • Manage supplier performance, governance and risk assessment activities • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and applicable regulatory requirements • Support cross-functional procurement initiatives and continuous improvement projects • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting activities for technology and digital programs • Monitor financial performance and provide analysis of budget versus actual spending • Partner with technology leaders to evaluate business cases, investment proposals and ROI opportunities • Prepare financial reports, dashboards and executive presentations to support strategic decision-making • Provide insights, recommendations and risk assessments related to technology investments and spending

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, supplier management or a related field • Experience managing indirect spend categories such as IT services, marketing, travel or professional services • Strong financial planning and analysis (FP&A) skills, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and business case development • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting and analysis tools • Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management capabilities • Ability to work independently within an international and matrix organization • Experience collaborating with multiple business units and stakeholders • Knowledge of procurement and ERP platforms such as SAP Ariba is an advantage • Fluent English is essential • Spanish is highly valued • German is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related field • Master's degree is considered a plus
