Description

• Identify potential clients and add them to our CRM • Update databases to ensure information is correct and up-to-date • Expand our database with the goal of including our total addressable market • Categorize and label current and prospective client according to their location, seniority level, and responsibilities • Leverage resources and relationships to bring Value to Customers • Work closely with other GuidePoint teams to better streamline processes and information • Develop and retain knowledge of InfoSec Products and Industry, Vendor Resources and GuidePoint Security Service offerings • Other related duties to support the region as required and assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma (GED) required • Associate Degree preferred • Prior experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software required • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and Internet navigation • Must be self-motivated • Must have outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow-through • Ability to work well with a team • An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely via email, phone, and written documents
