Description

• Maximize service reliability, performance, and scalability of Data Platform services • Share end-to-end ownership of services with Development team • Continuously improve the reliability of Data Platform and SaaS applications • Work with next-generation platforms and cutting-edge technologies • Maintain a 24x7 production environment • Drive incidents to resolution • Implement automation and orchestration • Develop deeper insights and analysis into customer experience • Build positive work environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience • Experience with continuous deployment of cloud services in AWS • Prior experience working in Linux Infrastructure and Database access • Knowledge of Python, Golang, or any scripting language • Prior experience with CI/CD and IaC tools • Good problem-solving and analytical skills • Knowledge of cloud resource capacity and scalability • Knowledge of blue/green, canary deployment, and chaos engineering • Comfortable working with Kubernetes and Docker containers • Eager to learn and passionate about technology
