• Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC distributes and supplies metal products including aluminum, stainless steel, carbon, related alloys, and mechanical grade plastics for general engineering, aerospace, and commercial markets. • Hadco Metal Trading is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our Midwest territory. • Role & Responsibilities: Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales. Develop and maintain relationships with purchasing contacts. Work closely with inside sales and purchasing to ensure quotes, material, and deliveries meet customer needs. Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to identify opportunities for company growth. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries.
• Minimum 5 years outside sales experience. • Possess impeccable communication skills, as well as organizational and time management skills. • Possess a strong professional work ethic. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of the metals industry. • High level of self-motivation and awareness. • Ability to handle objections and provide alternatives in the sales process. • Valid and clean driver’s license.
