📋 Description

• Deliver results for clients through creative, well-thought-out ideas and management of deliverables against key objectives • Assist with business development and go-to-market efforts • Understand client goals and objectives • Formulate and/or execute strategies to achieve client goals • Set clear expectations with clients • Lead strategic partner recruitment • Manage a team of Account Managers and Associates • Communicate program performance and strategic direction to clients and HG team members • Ensure executional excellence across the team • Present, justify, and defend recommendations to clients • Recommend campaign scale and efficiency improvements • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with high-value partners • Formulate and test new tactics beyond traditional affiliates • Teach, mentor, and direct junior staff • Participate in special projects and task forces to help build the company

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English • Minimum of 3 years of affiliate experience for Account Manager • Direct affiliate marketing experience required • Experience with Fortune 500 or VC-funded brands strongly preferred • Experience with enterprise-level accounts operating across multiple global regions • Knowledge of affiliate networks or SaaS platforms such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, and Impact required • Bachelor's degree • Ability to travel up to 10% • Intermediate Microsoft Excel capabilities, including formatting, formulas, VLOOKUPs, SUMIF, and customized reports • Experience with third-party affiliate tracking platforms such as Impact Radius, ShareASale, Partnerize, and PartnerStack • Strong analytical and data comprehension skills • Exceptional project management skills • Excellent written and verbal skills • Ability to work independently • Resourcefulness and operational/process focus • Ability to work in a team environment and mentor junior staff • Microsoft PowerPoint experience is a plus
