📋 Description

• Lead the team of sales representatives and salespeople in the region and channels under your responsibility • Ensure the achievement of targets assigned by direct management • Contribute to the company’s achievement of the objectives established and outlined in the official budget • Work in alignment with the values of Safety, Quality and the Environment; Challenges and Innovation; Speed and Awareness of the Moment; and Dedicated Work for People

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields • Reside in Pará or Manaus • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint • Experience leading teams • Experience in the food industry is a plus
